Placing your order:
Payment is expected at the point of order, for us to be able to fulfil the purchase.
If there is a design that you have seen that you would like on another product – e.g. a mug print on a tote – please get in touch and we will see if there is anything we can do.
Each product is made to order, and because of this, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds. This supersedes the Consumer Rights Act (2015) and The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations (2013).
Damaged or faulty goods:
If you product has arrived and is damaged or faulty please email email@example.com within 30 days of your item arriving so that we can rectify this. Please provide us with a photo of the issue, and as much detail as possible, and we will endeavour to resolve this with our manufacturing partner.
If your item is faulty, please follow the same steps as above and inform us in as much detail as to what the issue is. We would hope to resolve any issue.
The copyright of any external design remains with the artist, as labelled in the product description. To copy or use any artwork without the express permission of the artist and TCC is copyright infringement.
