For our general policies, including refunds, we ask you to read here.
Our supplier has resumed most production as the coronavirus pandemic continues and another national lockdown is in place in the UK.
Orders will be fulfilled and delivered as soon as they can, although lead times are longer than previously: orders are expected to take up to 7 working days to process, and you can expect your order to be sent between Monday and Friday.
Please calculate shipping times in addition to the seven working-day lead time. Shipping is also slower, with packages taking longer to reach customers, as postal services try to keep up demand with fewer staff. This is especially true of international shipping.
If you have chosen a trackable form of delivery, keep an eye out for your delivery information to follow the location of your order.
For UK orders, please get in touch if you haven't received your item within 10 days of its original due date (although certain parts of the country are facing 28-day delays with Royal Mail; this is out of our hands but we will do our best to track down your parcel!). For international orders, please wait 30 days before contacting us.
As a small business, we are still trying to figure out exactly what is needed to export our goods to Europe after Brexit. Therefore, there may be a delay in processing your order - we apologise for this and hope to have this fully resolved soon.
There have been reports of European customers purchasing goods from the UK being charged import/duty taxes before being able to receive their item(s). We understand that continental customers are likely to need to complete a customs declaration for goods imported from the UK (frequently up to €20 per declaration) and pay national VAT. These fees are entirely the customer's responsibility to settle.
We recommend you get in touch with us here before placing your order, so we can best assess how this will work with the most up to date information available.
DPD has currently suspended all services to Europe from the UK, including the Republic of Ireland; this will affect any orders placed with European courier shipping. As of yet, we do not have any indication of when services will resume, but it is not expected to be a long-term issue. We recommend you do not place an order for delivery in Europe, but instead use another delivery method; we would be happy to assist.
